We are looking for a General Manager with a passion for innovation, a knack for problem solving along with the ability to thrive in ambiguity while creating world-class customer experiences. In this critical strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overall market performance and growth. Our General Managers are creative, big-picture individuals who are accountable for their own P&L and team. This includes not only financial management but also team leadership across functions (including government relations, partnerships, operations and local marketing). In this role, you will not only ensure operational excellence, but will also have your finger on the local market pulse, identifying new opportunities for growth as well as building and maintaining critical partnerships. Location open to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. What You’ll Do Be an owner. Build and implement the market growth strategy across operations, marketing, recruiting, business development, PR, policy, communications, and much more with the full support of Headquarters in San Francisco Build a high performing team. Define and execute hiring needs, and train new team members Manage performance. Track and report important supply and demand metrics. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results Drive results. Forecast and set goals for your market on a quarterly basis. Create an environment of experimentation, analytical thinking and precision in execution to hit those goals Share information. Collaborate with a diverse group from across Lime to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback. Synthesize feedback and recommendations to central operations, business, product and engineering teams Represent the Company. As acting CEO of your market, you will meet with local officials, business owners and customers as a representative of Lime Be a culture carrier.
