Sales Strategy & Analytics Analyst will be the subject-matter expert on our sales intelligence. You will contribute to and manage the company’s sales reporting, including the creation of KPI dashboards to the management team. You will collect, coordinate, and disseminate critical sales data and serve as the Sales Operations & Analytics team point person for all management team questions on sales data. Additionally, you will support the production of Sales content for many critical internal and external meetings, including Board meetings. 
You will support sales-generating programs including targeting initiatives, incentive programs, channel sequencing and development, implementation plans, and more. You will in parallel help develop systems and processes to track results from these and other initiatives, including performing ROI analyses in conjunction with Sales Finance. To successfully execute on these responsibilities, you will need to be able to make (and justify) assumptions when faced with complexity or an absence of data, and act as a self-starter capable of driving these projects from beginning to end using the guidance established by the President and the Sales Leadership team.

You Will

  • Develop Impossible Foods’ sales reporting capabilities, including owning KPI dashboards and performing critical sales data analytics
  • Maintain and analyze sales data from our food service and retail partners, including distributors, brokers, and customers
  • Support cross functional business processes including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and forecasting
  • Build analyses to support new market launches and new products, including market sizing, new SKU forecasts, and more
  • Support Sales Strategy projects, including white space analyses, channel/sub-channel strategy development, and long-term planning models
  • Work closely with members of Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Embody our Sales Operations team values of inspiring trust, embracing change, and committing to excellence

You Have

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0-2+ years of experience within Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize various work streams
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, combined with the ability to clearly communicate the main takeaways to stakeholders from a wide range of functions
  • A continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
