Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Sustainability and Impact Analyst to support the company’s environmental and social impact team with a range of internal and external deliverables. You will be an instrumental member of the team supporting projects, data collection and analysis, providing communications for external proposals and reports, and managing internal resources to further the sustainability and impact mission of the company. You will join a team of mission-driven leaders seeking to demonstrate Lime's impact and further develop future sustainability and impact programs.

What You'll Do

  • Synthesize and collect data on projects relating to carbon, materiality, new products, and other internal research, offering sound analysis using business strategy and good strategic sense
  • Provide support and content for campaigns, reports, and other external proposals 
  • Manage internal messaging and resource libraries for the global team, including key messages, fact sheets and other content
  • Manage and support internal program and initiatives from development to execution 
  • Partner with internal Operations and other Central teams to glean and synthesize important sustainability and impact related insights, data, and initiatives
  • Conduct research which can be immediately actionable for the company and key decision makers and support the oversight of research projects

About You

  • An analytical and strategic mindset: You can quickly discern the cost-benefit analysis of your time, the company’s resources, and drive the business toward high-impact initiatives and efficient growth 
  • Professional experience in environmental and social impact campaigns, research, communications and/or business development, ideally with some technical expertise in environmental management topics such a life cycle analysis, emissions inventories, and/or energy procurement
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

  • Bachelor's degree required
