Lime is looking for a Business Applications Analyst in our Malaysia office. This is a great opportunityto join a hyper growth company on the Business Applications team. This role will be responsible forsupporting the administration of multiple business systems. This is a highly visible role who will workcollaboratively with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Logistics, Procurement, Real Estate, IT andOperations. You will also help support and manage multiple projects across different functionswithin the organization.
What you’ll do:
● Provide intake, triage, support and bug evaluation of incidence and defects received in thebusiness application Helpdesk queue● Provide L1/L2 support in troubleshooting and administration of multiple internal businesssystems● Identify system enhancements to improve operational processes and utilization of differentbusiness applications● Analyze data reliability, completeness, efficiency and usage of existing solutions while providingsupport through continuous improvements recommendations and modifications● Participate in system unit testing and help conduct UAT● Write functional design documentation and work collaboratively with developers for thetechnical design documentation● Develop project artifacts from solution idea to implementation
● BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or other related field● 2+ years professional experience supporting internal business systems and technical projects● Working knowledge on multiple ERP, HR, Finance and Ops systems such as Netsuite, Coupa,Workday, Oracle, etc● Ability to gather information, critically evaluate data, reconcile discrepancy, deconstruct high-level information into details and identify solution ideas vs. functional/technical requirements● Solid understanding of data management, relational database, design and stored procedures● Excellent business process mapping, functional and technical design documentation includingAs-is and To-be processes● Ability to interact professionally with cross-functional team members● Attention to details with strong analytical and problem solving skills● Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines● Project management and software development lifecycle experience and training a plus● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision● Working experience supporting at least 1-2 systems - Netsuite and Coupa preferred● Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in cross-functional departments● Hands-on experience in fast-paced working environment
