What You Will Be Doing

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all aspects of planning for finished goods/spares, purchasing, and shipping/receiving/warehouse. This position is location in Europe and in this position you will be working with ChargePoint headquarters in California.  This is a highly cross functional role with visibility to global teams and senior leadership. The position reports to the Director, Supply Chain located in California.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Oversee all S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and collaborate with Sales in planning and forecasting
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all areas of Supply Chain including forecasting, planning, purchasing, warehousing, and fulfillment
  • Provide 12 month rolling build plan to sustaining Supply Chain team in California
  • Work cross functionally to resolve day to day issues related to supply and demand discrepancies and work to eliminate future issues
  • Provide ship date commits for new customer orders
  • Work daily with 3PL in resolving customer shipping issues
  • Give advice to handle transport complaints where it is necessary
  • Communicate with customer service / sale ops and exchanging information regarding RMA return issues
  • Provide 12 month rolling forecast to Suppliers for spare parts needs to support field repairs
  • Investigates customer complaints involving such matters as damaged product, delays in receipt/shipment. Makes adjustments as necessary to insure customer satisfaction
  • Release work orders to 3PL partner to assemble or package product
  • Monitor inventory transactions in ERP system, help with monthly inventory reconciliation, and coordinate year cycle counts at 3PL location
  • Coordinate and close out all quarter end activities by COB on last day of the quarter.


  • 8+ years of related experience
  • 8+ years working knowledge of an ERP system such as Expandable or NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, and capacity to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Should be self-directed, have the ability to work independently and be highly-motivated
  • The ability to work flexible hours and commute to 3PL warehouse when required
  • Experience with inbound logistics from Asia and North America
  • Experience with outbound logistics throughout Europe
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • There will be some but minimal travel expected for this role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver on commitments
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
