About the Role: 

We are seeking a driven, passionate, and strategic Executive Assistant to support Planet's Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Our team of executive operations partners are the critical ties that bind our organization and you would be one of the squad to help our execs scale their impact. You think five steps ahead, and catch those details that might get missed. After all, executives are humans too! These two executives are brilliant, visionary...and they are very different people. You will have the fun of both the yin and the yang as part of your day to day!  

Impact You’ll Own:

  • Heavy calendar management and predictive support in a fast-paced, fluid environment 
  • Brief and prepare CCO for important meetings like All-Hands, Board Meetings, Customer Visits and Conferences in partnership with Chief of Staff and other key leaders
  • Plan and execute the logistics behind Annual Sales Kickoff and other internal team events (which will not likely be virtual(
  • Develop and prepare critical content including agendas, presentations, briefing reports, and trainings that help create cohesion and consistency 
  • Manage domestic and international travel for execs and their directs with detailed itineraries to ensure their comfort and timeliness (once were back in flight)
  • Routinely engage with external stakeholders in person, by email, and yes, often times by picking up the phone with the utmost respect and care
  • Collaborate with other executive operations partners and Chief of Staff so all know exactly how to divide and conquer 
  • Dig in to special, sometimes uniquely weird special projects to execute moonshots 
  • Be a pulse for culture and sentiment amongst your orgs, helping each exec tap into the humanity required to lead during tough times

What You Bring:

  • A passion for people and space tech
  • 3+ years progressive experience supporting executive leadership at a fast-paced growth company, preferably revenue and/or sales teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to respond and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Advanced executive support capabilities ranging from travel and accommodations, heavy calendar management, business partnerships and creating presentations 
  • Maturity, resilience and professionalism working people internal and external high profile people alike
  • Extremely organized with the ability to ensure others around you are
  • Strong command for both the fine details and the big picture, keeping priorities in constant shuffle
  • Unparalleled verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to find solutions with minimal direction
  • Experience working with software and technologies that create for greater efficiency and resilience
