The Director, Supply Chain is responsible for directing all aspects of the Company’s equipment supply, logistics strategy, project estimation, and fleet management.  The supply chain includes direct management of vendor selection, purchasing, inventory, and equipment distribution.  This position will require the modernization of the Company’s operations ecosystem allowing for real time inventory management, equipment planning, and all project solar and/or storage equipment supply in a timely, safe, and environmentally conscious manner.  This position demands strategic vision to lead a diverse agile workforce that harnesses the team’s competitiveness to maximize cost reduction for the organization.  



  • Provides strategic guidance, direction, and mentorship for an operations group that supports the Company’s develop, build, own, and operate strategy
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Construction to facilitate solar and/or storage construction support nationwide
  • Develop and manage the complete overhaul of the Company’s supply chain to provide:
    • a quicker and more efficient purchasing process
    • transparent logistics planning and execution
    • real time inventory management and controls
  • Management and negotiation of master supply agreements with major vendors
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable fleet management program that supports internal stakeholders
  • Creates project budgets in a cross-disciplinary manner with finance and accounting to satisfy internal and external customers’ needs
  • Provide senior management and C-level executives analytical analysis and reporting on operational activities on a consistent and regular basis




The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:

  • Education consists of at least a four-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Five + years of proven management experience
  • Demonstrated change agent of a Company level process with a preference to a digitized supply change overhaul experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use Company software programs (MS Office, MS Project or equivalent, Procore or equivalent, and any financial ERP tool)
