The Powerhouse Partnership Manager is a key member of Powerhouse’s partnership team. The specific responsibilities or title may be changed to fit the background and experience of an exceptional candidate.



Business Development 

  • Lead partner pipeline development, including sourcing new leads and structuring the partnership formation process

  • Manage key relationship throughout the business development process

  • Assess partner needs; help develop and present partnership proposals

  • Negotiate and close contracts to reach annual goals

Account Management 

  • Manage key partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for major Powerhouse partners

  • Lead and execute on partner deliverables, including startup & technology scouting, founder scouting, and innovation trends

  • Support research and scouting for technology and business model innovation in areas of interest to Powerhouse and our partners

  • Cultivate relationships and facilitate introductions between Powerhouse partners and  Powerhouse startups


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of industry relevant full-time experience 

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills

  • Team-oriented, fast-paced, outcomes driven, high EQ 

  • Meet and exceed deadlines with consistent follow through 

  • Motivated by challenges, solutions-oriented, relentlessly positive  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution

  • Industry experience in cleantech
