As a designated broker for Culdesac, you will be an integral part of sales and property management operations. You will assist in laying the foundation of our brokerage and facilitating growth. You will become a part of a company that uses our diverse skills to create beautiful harmony between tech, real estate, and mobility. Join our team!


  • Consult with leasing and property management teams in order to:
  • Deliver a high quality customer centric experience for our residents
  • Provide thought leadership to help increase engagement and conversion
  • Oversee compliance procedures and training, including trust account compliance
  • Maintain the company's brand by delivering a quality experience when responding to customer needs and resolving issues
  • Identify opportunities to expand Culdesac's network in the multifamily and property management communities
  • Partner with Property Management leadership to scale operations into future Culdesac projects in other geographies


  • Eligible to be a designated broker in Arizona (3 years active license experience as a licensed salesperson or broker in AZ or another state within the last 5 years)
  • Fulfill all broker requirements per ARS 32-2151.01
  • Strong understanding of industry compliance and regulations
  • Must be willing to hang license under new brokerage as a manager or member of the LLC
  • Experience managing trust accounts
  • Strong sense of empathy for building relationships with customers
  • Experience collaborating with and leading sales or operations teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work remote and come into the office once a week


  • Property Management experience
  • Knowledge of CRMs and Property Management Software systems
  • Prior experience working with a high growth company
  • Industry expert in the Phoenix residential real estate market (commercial + retail a plus!)
  • Subject matter Prioritizes customer experience and quality interactions
  • Willingness to get licensed in additional states
  • Intrinsically motivated by quality work and collaboration
  • Values a caring, supportive, and honest culture
