About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated, focused, and motivated bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Apeel’s People and Culture Team in EMEA. You will oversee the interview process of candidates for open roles in countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This entails crafting outreach and communication, and managing candidate progression through every interview step. You embody Apeel’s core values, and take pride in building a responsive, resilient, loyal, and fully-integrated team to which all our staff belong. 

This position is based full-time in Valencia, Spain. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Apeel’s Talent Acquisition department with interview scheduling for locations across EMEA, creating a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
  • Work on Talent Acquisition Operations including industry research, process optimization projects, and applicant tracking system data management
  • Identify, engage, and screen passive talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs
  • Collaborate on structure and vision of Apeel’s Talent function
  • Work as part of the People and Culture team on special projects and initiatives that will strengthen our hiring practices

What You Bring

  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish
  • At least one year of full time work experience in Tech, R&D, Materials Science, Startups, Pharma, Education, or a high-growth industry
  • Passion for the art and science of recruiting, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules in global time zones
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Creativity, curiosity, and the drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work with grace under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Familiarity with behavior-based interviewing skills and interview debrief sessions
