Job Summary
As a Service Partner Compliance Specialist for Omnidian, you will assist with the on-boarding of Field Service Partners, from the point of contract execution to ready for service tickets. Responsibilities include ensuring service network compliance and service ticket management, always with an eye towards process improvement and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
FSP (Field Service Partner) Onboarding Administration- Assist with FSP onboarding from point of contract execution to ready for service tickets- Track onboarding progress and ensure compliance document retrieval- Manage FSP profiles/databases- Develop enhanced onboarding procedures (improve existing processes, work with Engineering to understand automation potential)
Service Network Compliance- Own responsibility for tracking all FSP insurance, license, and compliance documentation – ongoing with new and existing FSPs- Solidify FSP Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) criteria - Develop and track HSSE requirements for active FSPs
Service Ticket Management- Support unresponsive FSPs to drive individual ticket updates and resolution
Service Network Strategy and Planning- Assist with continued development of FSP Selection Automation- Develop improved SOW templates to improve service efficiency, streamline reporting, and create service consistency across a growing network of service partners- Assist with development of FSP CRM structure- Special Projects (meter swaps, PTO, new SOWs): work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processes/expectations are delivered to FSPs
Accounting Support- Process FSP AP invoices (this includes QA/QC review and coding for AR reimbursement)- Reconcile outstanding FSP payments
