Senior Reliability Engineer

The Job
Lead improvement of reliability and provide subject matter expertise by applying sound reliability engineering practices and analysis to the systems that drive and control our revolutionary motors. We’re looking for someone who loves to build reliability into products as well as perform deep root cause analysis. You are hands-on and capable of developing reliability and RCA best practices from concept to volume manufacturing.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years experience performing reliability testing including Mechanical Stress Tests, Shock/Drop/Vibration Testing, Environmental Testing Failure Analysis analytical techniques
  • Knowledge of industry test Standards (JEDEC, ASTM, IEEE) 
  • Deep understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Worked on shipping product through two life cycles
  • Dynamic and “can do” attitude with a desire to work together with a phenomenal team and product
  • Application of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Familiar with JIRA, Confluence
