Reporting to the Head of Pricing Tools and Services, this individual will be responsible for maintaining and implementing a series of projects that provide insights into the pricing of grain and related services. While this position lies in the Global Markets Org, the output will provide useful analysis to numerous internal stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to create strategy and alignment for pricing tools and services
    • Partner with Tools and Services to outline the mission and working structure of the group
    • Work closely with all internal product-related teams to ensure overall alignment
    • Ensure a regular pace of tools getting in the hands of internal users
  • Develop understanding of our key portfolio of tools and services, and create roadmap for future strategy
    • Understand our services' overall value proposition to the organization and how they improve our key company KPIs
    • Create initial framework for prioritization
    • Create an overall roadmap that clearly defines the value of each item
  • Partner with relevant teams to determine areas of focus and potential improvement:
    • Partner with offering product marketing team(s) to further understand our tools and services, and proactively identity areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Software Engineering, Financial Instruments, Grain Marketing, Commodity Trading, Freight Pricing, Payment Processing and/or Structured data analysis
  • 5 years’ experience in project/program management, management consulting, corporate strategy or product management
  • Based in Boston preferred (or able to travel as needed to Boston up to ~25% of time)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese / Spanish preferred
