We are looking for a Corporate Programs Business Analyst in our San Francisco headquarters (can be flexible). You will be working with management (C-Team, Regional General Managers) and cross-functional colleagues to solve the most pressing company problems. You will use your analytical and stakeholder management skills to influence across the company, execute on top-priority operational projects, and ensure success for our global business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Organizational Accountability (25%)
  • Support and improve organizational and leadership effectiveness through planning, prioritizing, managing, and preparing company action items
  • Manage the operational cadence of the business including facilitating leadership offsites and strategy sessions, giving you a front-row seat to the leadership team’s thinking
  • Drive leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making; Distill and cascade core tenets of strategy for stakeholders at all levels; Communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders
  • Connect teams and workstreams to align towards overall company goals; lay the foundation for ops partnership with product, government relations, finance, and others
  • Own Business Strategy Projects and Initiatives (50%)
  • Drive business strategy initiatives and projects; Prioritize and drive multiple projects and be a utility player across teams
  • Support Strategic Thinking across Management and Functions (25%)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to Ops Leadership and C-team
  • Pursue and surface new insights through proactive analyses
  • Partner with other teams to vet and up-level analyses and recommendations in preparation for executive audience

About You

  • 1-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company a plus
  • Strong business judgment, problem solving, and critical thinking skills; experience with helping companies identify strategic improvements in their core business, and implementing those improvements
  • A bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities / strategies; able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strategic, analytical, and process driven; able to define metrics for success and track KPIs toward those metrics
  • Top caliber interpersonal skills: able to communicate and influence across all levels and functions
  • Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
