The Customer Success Lead (CSL) will be responsible for acting as the trusted advisor for ClimateAi’s strategic accounts. As ClimateAi’s first dedicated CSL, you will work directly with the CEO to define from scratch and execute a customer success playbook. You will use your deep knowledge of ClimateAi’s product and insight into customers’ business objectives to drive business value and executive alignment between ClimateAi and our customers at the C-Suite level. The role is a great fit for candidates with prior customer success or management consulting background.
Most importantly, candidate must have a passion for working on tackling issues at the cutting edge of climate change adaptation and resilience.
