This is the chance to get in early on something big and be empowered to put your vision into practice while leveraging your experience to make the energy industry fairer, greener, and more affordable. If you thrive on high-performance, passionate teams and are looking for the chance to see the results of your hard work pay off and to be rewarded for exceptional talent and ambition, there is a place for you on our team.

The Engineering Lead should also be prepared to participate in the hiring process and lead and coach more junior engineers toward achieving team goals and fostering their careers. This role offers an opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class team and division from the ground up.

Our firm runs in the cloud, so a candidate with experience in delivering cloud-based solutions is a requirement. We also seek someone who understands the value of efficient DevOps practices, including CI/CD and a sense of discipline around testing.
