The Retail Sales Operations Manager will primarily support our growing Retail business in the US and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Retail operations. They will work cross functionally with various departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot processes.

You Will

  • Manage all aspects of sales operations for the Retail team
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Retail sales productivity by enabling our teams to be more effective in prospecting and closing deals
  • Develop and maintain visibility into product availability, working closely with the supply chain team. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Retail team to troubleshoot any supply and other retail operational issues
  • Lead our retail broker partners on designing, implementing and reviewing store audit processes
  • Develop a clean process for gathering store level insights from brokers and effectively communicating key insights to teams internally to action
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and independently identify bottlenecks in the Retail operations process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be comfortable with being hands on in architecting and managing data in SAP - EDI setup
  • Manage order - cash process management in collaboration with Supply Chain and Accounting
  • Create and maintain the external sales repository for Retail partners and brokers
  • Partner with the Retail team on conducting monthly customer reviews on special projects and process improvement

You Have

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in a sales operations role, preferably at a large CPG company 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize various work streams
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills - combined with the ability to clearly communicate the main takeaways to stakeholders from a wide range of functions
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
