Are you up to the challenge of helping solve one of the world's largest problems of food waste? Recent research has found that an incredible 30-40% of food is wasted every year around the globe. Full Harvest is a high-growth, VC-backed AgTech startup solving this food waste problem. 

We’ve built the B2B marketplace connecting farms with food & beverage businesses to sell ugly and surplus produce that would have otherwise gone to waste.  We are rapidly growing the team, after raising a $8.5 million Series A, led by Spark Capital.

The Role

Reporting to the head of engineering, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap for our online marketplace. You’re a self-starter and outcome-oriented, obsessed with solving the needs of our customers with carefully crafted product experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role, and would require a mix of customer insight, strong technical foundation, and experience building customer-facing products in a collaborative fashion to be successful. 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core marketplace, in concert with cross-functional peers. 
  • Execute at a fast pace, with a focus on solving the needs for our customers, impact generation, user experience, and iterative learning. 
  • Work with engineers, designers, and marketers on building products end-to-end and execute against our plan, while making thoughtful trade-offs along the way and ensuring frequent and clear communication.  
  • Define and improve key product metrics across the user journey. 

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role, with a consistent history of delivering user and business improvements.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong empathy towards our customers. 
  • Ability to balance data-driven insights with product intuition to deliver quality products that solve the needs of our customers. 
  • The ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting input into an amazing plan, and then executing on it. 
  • Familiarity with the product analytics toolset (SQL, excel, GA, etc.)
  • Marketplace experience.
