To do that, we need great people. If you want to be part of a team that is revolutionizing urban transportation, making it more affordable and accessible; if you have strong product marketing experience working on new product launches and making a big impact; if you love owning and solving complex problems in unpredictable environments, this is the right job for you! We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager - Supply & Marketplace to join our team in working to grow and bring our scooter and bike fleets to the APAC Region.  Lime Regional Operations Managers (ROM) are strategic, organized and passionate. The scope of this role includes supply management, fleet availability, maintenance in warehouse practices, marketplace management and relationship with logistic partners. This is a hands-on role that interacts with software and product teams. While the focus is operations related, the ROM is able to do it all and ultimately works closely with General Managers in optimising business performance towards achieving growth and profitability goals. 

What You'll Do

  • Support all existing operations by developing new processes and ensuring collaboration amongst the regional teams
  • Manage initiatives to improve topline and bottomline verticals related to marketplace and supply, including deployment strategy, warehouse optimization, CWs management and OOW activities 
  • Manage fleet and spare parts allocation for the region as well as support broader HQ planning efforts
  • Work closely with Logistics team in coordinating freight 
  • Support local managers in developing insights for business reviews
  • Manage the regional Juicer Program and work closely with broader Juicer team to support  logistic partners, deployment and collection activities across markets
  • Serve as conduit between city teams and HQ
  • Interact with hardware and software team to design and develop operational procedures
  • Partner with General Managers & Operation Managers to identify opportunity areas that will drive top line growth
  • Plan, execute, and meet quarterly goals on important business metrics
  • Triage bugs and escalate them through the appropriate channels

About You

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with fast moving changes
  • A natural leader who always strives for excellence, calling out the little details when things aren’t executed correctly
  • People first: You’ll have a relentless focus on optimizing the business. This will include identifying areas for operational improvement as well as identifying new opportunities to reach potential candidates and to grow relationships with existing members
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
  • A dynamic leader and excellent project manager with strong prioritisation skills
  • Analytical mindset: You know your way around a pivot table, and are very comfortable with vlookup
  • Experience in helping companies identify improvements in core process areas while assisting with implementing those improvements
  • Ability to thrive in all conditions, anywhere from a local warehouse to a city council office
  • You are a high-energy person who is not afraid of going out into the field, willing to pull the long hours when needed
  • 3-5 years of success in operations management, ideally in a startup or other fast-changing environment
  • Some travel required
