US Offer Marketing Lead, Carbon Supply

The Offer Marketing Lead is responsible for designing and executing the plan to bring the Carbon product offer to market.  In this newly created position, you will develop sales and marketing strategies and plans that communicate the benefits of new products to customers and users and will oversee efforts to align and enable internal teams and channel partners to bring the offer to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a marketing plan to build awareness and nurture prospects, built with support from Marketing as a Center of Excellence
  • Launch a plan that outlines how we will convert prospects to customers and establish performance metrics with support from Finance
  • Form an enablement plan that aligns efforts and oversees the development of tools and training to bring the offer to market
  • Manage and oversee cross-functional collaboration and work with local offer leads to execute marketing and launch plans in geographies outside of North America
  • Build personas and archetypal prospect profiles for the current offering
  • Document the current and ideal state prospect journeys from awareness to enrollment 
  • Create a content calendar, in partnership with Marketing, for publishing across all channels to drive inbound interest
  • Develop an efficient reporting system for the metrics used to measure performance across the offer (eg. P&L, engagement)

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Strong farmer empathy and customer-centricity
  • Ability to convert vision and strategy to tactical and executable plans; ability to rally stakeholders around that plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communications serving a wide variety of audiences, storytelling with passion and perspective
  • 4-8+ years’ work experience in marketing, offer marketing, communications, sales, business development, sales team enablement, or related function
  • MBA/advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • Deep understanding of corporate sustainability programs, especially carbon footprint programs, preferred (as a external consultant / salesperson OR as an internal program designer / marketer)
