Aurora Solar is looking for a strategic, data-savvy Senior Demand Generation Manager to expand and lead a team of digital marketing and B2B campaigns specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact at a fast-growing SaaS company that is tackling one of the biggest challenges of our times. In this critical role, you will build and optimize a scalable demand generation engine to drive a pipeline of qualified leads and in close partnership with the Sales Team, support ambitious new logo acquisition and revenue growth across our business. What you'll do:

  • Inspire, manage and mentor an amazing team of demand generation professionals to meet and exceed ambitious goals
  • Work closely with the Content Team to personalize content and execute campaigns against our core buyer segments to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales
  • Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all strategies and tactics, including email, SEO/SEM, paid social, media sponsorships, ABM and partner programs
  • Lead demand generation programs, including setting strategy, evaluating appropriate budgets, developing and running creative campaigns, measuring results, and optimizing marketing mix
  • Continuously research, identify and test new strategies, tactics and technologies to accelerate growth, improve LTV, or reduce CAC
  • Track, analyze and communicate performance results and learnings

What we value:

  • Background  in ABM, demand generation, or campaigns teams in a B2B marketing organization
  • Ability to build deep and collaborative relationships throughout the organization
  • Strong comprehension of campaign management and demand generation processes
  • Technically savvy with a clear understanding of modern marketing operations (i.e., marketing automation, email marketing, cookie-based advertising, web personalization, and web traffic platforms) 
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to build and improve processes
  • Ability to manage agency and contractor relationships
  • Outstanding writer and verbal communicator
