Manage our day to day internal operations as we scale and enter this phase of incredible growth. Focus on managing three facets of our operational success—logistics, inventory, and production planning. Coordinate and leverage the supply chain toward effective inventory management, customer delivery, and warehousing. Drive continuous improvement projects to ensure product quality, streamline operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We’re looking for someone to be hands-on, exercise judgment, and provide an excellent experience for our clients and their customers. You will continuously iterate and develop processes, and will have the opportunity to implement new ideas and creative solutions to improve our workflow. You have strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines under pressure. You have a bias to action and love to solve problems and get things done.
