I graduated from Westfield State University in 2020 with a BA/BS in Economics and Environmental Science, minoring in Spanish and earning the distinction of class valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA. I have gained experience working in a variety of roles, such as administrative/operations intern with a solar company, a US Army Corp Park Ranger, and recycling intern with Tufts University Office of Sustainability. These experiences have exposed to very different aspects of sustainability, and have improved on my strong leadership, organization, communication, project management, and teamwork skills. I am a very dedicated, detail-oriented hard worker willing to take on new opportunities! Through my coursework at Tufts I have developed interests in careers relating to hydrology, renewable energy, waste reduction, and/or restoration.

I am passionate about events, tourism, and sustainability and had the opportunity early on in my career to see the need for improvement in sustainability within the events industry. I have worked on a consulting/part-time basis with a local Sustainable Event Consulting Company, Ecosystem Events, as a Sales Assistant as well as on-site waste management. I was the third household in the state of Indiana to become carbon neutral and volunteer with the local startup, Carbon Neutral Indiana, working to decrease the carbon emissions in the state of Indiana and around the country. I am a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. I am looking for a paid fellowship, part-time or full-time role to move my career more towards sustainability.
